We look at a home by where the sun falls through the day. Rooms that catch the morning, shade in the afternoon, and a spot by the window worth claiming.
Honest materials
Honed stone, linen, walnut and sun-washed plaster. Surfaces that feel good underfoot and age well, in a palette that stays calm in bright Florida light.
Room for real life
Storage where you need it, a table big enough for guests, and space that works for a couple today and a growing family later.
Only what's verified
We publish a home only when its details, terms and timing are confirmed. No renderings passed off as listings and no placeholder prices.
